NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number W8476-267049/A dated October 2, 2025 with a closing of November 12, 2025, at 14:00 EST.

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to procure four (4) Sweeper Rotary Vac Pick Up for delivery to Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Valcartier and (CFB) Borden. The requested delivery date is 120 days after contract award. An option for two (2) additional Sweeper Rotary Vac Pick Up is included for delivery within Canada.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
