Description

Notice is hereby given by the City of Coquitlam (“City”) of its intent to contract with Tungsten Automation for a 24-month period commencing April 1, 2026 for the following service:

1. Kofax MarkView and Process Intelligence – Maintenance & Support Renewal, total contract value of $130,351.10 excluding GST and PST

The City of Coquitlam has chosen not to call for vendor proposals for the following reasons:
1. The vendor has specific knowledge and demonstrated experience of the proprietary software.
2. Manufacturer’s warranty may be void if serviced by unapproved vendors.
3. The City is not looking to replace the software solution, but to purchase support and maintenance services for next twelve (24) months.

Vendors able to provide the same product and services are to submit information and rationale in writing, quoting the NOI Number and Name sent bt email to the Procurement Manager on or before 2:00 PM Local Time Thursday, March 19, 2026
