Description

The Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) (Owner) invites Proposals, through this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), from Proponents for the Blue River 1st Ave Watermain Replacement project.
The Proponent is to include the following work (approximate quantities) that represents a base Proposal:

• 245 meters of 150mm dia. DR18 C900 PVC watermain
• 3 watermain tie ins
• 5 19mm dia. water services
• 587m2 remove and replace road c/w:
• Removal and disposal offsite approximately 75mm depth of asphalt
• 300mm depth of 75 minus granular sub-base
• 300mm depth of 25mm minus granular base
• 50mm hot-mix medium mix asphalt pavement
• 30m2 of 0.3m width, 300mm depth of shoulder base gravels
• 30m2 of 0.3m width, 300mm depth of shouldering gravels
• In addition to responding to the base Proposal, the Proponent is invited to propose any innovations that the Proponent believes will reduce the cost or improve the constructability of the Project.
  
  A site meeting is not mandatory. Proponents may visit the site on their own if they wish to view current conditions
