• he Ministry is seeking the provision of Contract Administration Services to support and oversee the successful delivery of the Ogoki Waste Disposal Site Closure Construction Project.
  
  The Ogoki Waste Disposal Site is located approximately 115 kilometres northeast of the intersection of Highways 584 and 643, at UTM NAD83 coordinates Zone 16U Easting 438,732m and Northing 5,623,192m. The Site operated from 1982 until 2019 and is being permanently closed in accordance with the approved Ogoki WDS Closure Plan and Environmental Compliance Approval A5900 48.
  
  Under this procurement, the Vendor will act as the Contract Administrator (CA) for the Ministry, carrying out all duties, functions, and responsibilities assigned to the CA in the Construction Administrator Contract.
  
  Contract start date approximately July 1, 2026, until approximately December 1, 2026.
• Scope of Work
  For the purpose of e-tendering system, and without limiting the generality of the “Deliverables” under the Agreement and the duties of the “Contract Administrator”
  This procurement includes the following service, not necessarily in this sequence and not limited to the following:
  • Complete a comprehensive review of all Construction Contract documents and identify potential issues prior to mobilization
  • Prepare and submit a Ministry approved Health and Safety Plan
  • Lead and document the Pre Construction Meeting (within 3 weeks of contract execution)
  • Attend weekly/bi weekly/monthly construction planning and progress meetings
  • Provide daily inspection, documentation, photo/video records, and detailed daily reporting
  • Provide bi monthly progress reports including schedule assessments and QA results
  • Conduct quality assurance sampling and testing
  • Perform required surveys, benchmark verification, and grade checks
  • Oversee environmental protection measures and documenting any incidents
  • Provide full post construction reporting, as-builts, milestone summaries, testing results, and documentation
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the Construction Contract, Standard Specifications, the Ogoki WDS Closure Plan, and Requirements of Law
  Overall Project Timeline:
  • Contract Administration Agreement Execution: By July 2026
  • Construction Substantial Completion: On or before October 15, 2026 (per Construction Contract)
  • Post Construction Services & Final Report: Completed within 45 days after final completion of the construction project
