Description

Island Health is undertaking the installation of a prefabricated modular trailer unit at NRGH to support the delivery of oncology services. The Trailer will provide additional clinical treatment capacity while longer-term healthcare infrastructure improvements are being developed. The project scope includes site preparation, foundations/support systems, utility servicing, Trailer installation, and associated architectural, mechanical, and electrical works necessary to support the operation of the facility. This includes integration with existing hospital infrastructure such as electrical power, communications, Fire alarm, water, sanitary, as required. The work may also include exterior service routing and coordination with the Trailer design, including rooftop service runs where applicable
