This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on behalf of itself and as an agent for each of Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Northern Health Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority (each a Health Authority and collectively referred to as “Health Authorities”) and in partnership with the BC Emergency Health Services (“BCEHS”), (with the BCEHS and the Health Authorities collectively referred to as the “HealthCare Organizations”) to identify a Proponent(s) to enter into a non-exclusive Contract(s) between Proponent(s) and the HealthCare Organizations, for the supply of the Ultrasound Systems equipment, associated consumables, accessories, software and post warranty services for multiple categories
