• Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement is seeking to conduct an open-competitive procurement for high-speed production cut sheet print equipment and associated software and maintenance and support services for the Toronto, Guelph and Kingston locations. This procurement would allow for maintaining internal, highly secured and confidential printing, ensuring seamless and reliable services for OPS clients and Ontarians.
  
  The procurement opportunity will be a multi-lot Request for Bid (RFB) including different print production equipment categories. Bidders will be able to compete for one, multiple or all categories. The outcome of this procurement opportunity will be separate agreements per each category with a single or multiple vendors.
• Scope of Work
  The Ministry requires the installation, maintenance and support services for high-speed cut sheet print equipment and associated software to deliver time critical, high-volume and high-profile print and mail production that runs on behalf of various Ministry programs. The categories being procured are:
  
  A. Cut-Sheet Cheque Printers, Maintenance and Support Services – Minimum speed 130ppm
  
  B. Black and White Cut-Sheet Production Printers, Maintenance and Support Services – Minimum speed 130ppm
  
  C. Colour Cut-Sheet Production Printers, Maintenance and Support Services – Minimum speed 65ppm
  
  This procurement opportunity is to refresh current equipment with high-speed commercial-grade printers with various professional finishing features, including cheque printing.
