Description

To promote economic diversity, create shovel-ready land for commercial development and to increase City’s ability to attract new investment, and strengthen long-term economic resilience, the City is planning to complete an Area Structure Plan (ASP) for parcels of land within the City of Cold Lake. To achieve this goal, the City of Cold Lake is seeking to select a service provider to perform consulting services as described in Appendix “A”. The successful Proponent will develop and complete an Area Structure Plan for the parcel of land located at NW14-63-2-4, (owned by the City of Cold Lake), parcel of land located at SW23-63-2-4 (privately owned) and another privately owned parcel of land at NE15-63-2-4 marked as provisional project area. The lands in NW14-63-2-4 and in SW23-63-2-4 are located North of Energy Drive, East of Highway 28 (51 Street) and north and south of 16 Avenue. The parcel of land (NE15-63-2-4) marked as provisional project area is located west of Hwy 28.
