This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Interuniversity Services Incorporated ("ISI") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the supply and delivery of audio and visual equipment and related services. This includes, but is not limited to, professional#grade audiovisual systems such as projectors, displays, sound systems, microphones, conferencing solutions, control equipment, accessories, and related installation, integration, and support services, as further
described in Appendix D - RFP Particulars, Section 1: The Deliverables (the "Deliverables").
