Description

This notice of intent is issued by The City of its intent to enter into a contract with Cummins Canada ULC for the supply and delivery of Cummins engines and related parts to support a fleet of up to eight hundred and fifty (850) transit buses that have a Cummins engine. Cummins Canada ULC dba Cummins Sales and Service (“Cummins Sales and Service”) is a factory authorized provider of Cummins products and services, including but not limited to transit parts and services, and warranty services, for Cummins Power Generation Products throughout Canada. The City maintains and repairs buses that support The City’s public transit system. To carry out repairs and replacements, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are required.
