Description

The Town of Edson invites submissions from qualified firms to supply, deliver, assemble and install commercial‑grade furniture for the YCE Multiplex Facility. The RFQ is to pre‑qualify up to three (3) firms that may be invited to a subsequent RFP.

The YCE Multiplex Facility includes: a new Aquatic Centre (~29,500 sq ft), a new Feature Arena (~48,500 sq ft), a new entrance lobby (~9,000 sq ft), renovations to the Centennial Arena (~37,620 sq ft), repurposing of the Memorial Arena (~20,970 sq ft) into a curling rink, and a new gymnasium (~10,560 sq ft). The project is being delivered under a Construction Management model with completion phases extending through Spring 2027 to Winter 2027/2028.

The selected firms must provide a furniture solution that integrates with selective existing furniture and must ensure zero disruption to current recreation programming during installation.
