Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Contractors
and Suppliers for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, maintenance, support, and removal of a Temporary Energy Center (TEC) to support Lonsdale Energy District Energy (DE) system within the City of North Vancouver.
The Temporary Energy Center will provide interim and supplemental heating capacity to ensure continuous and reliable service to customers during peak seasonal demand, planned maintenance outages, and/or during the construction and commissioning of permanent energy center infrastructure. The successful Proponent(s) shall provide a complete turnkey Temporary Energy Center, including all labour, materials, equipment, engineering, testing, and commissioning required to deliver a fully operational system.
