The Town is seeking proposals for custodial services at five (5) facilities in Town which include the Town Administration building, Operations Shop Office space, Fire Hall, RCMP and Community
Center. For the Town Administration office, Fire Hall, RCMP and Shop the services are specific to custodial. For the Devon Community center, the scope includes both custodial and facility
operator services.
In addition to the contracted regular custodial duties at these five (5) facilities the Town requires occasional custodial support at the GFL twin Arena during peak times typically between
4:00pm and 1:00am weekdays and weekends. The service frequency will be requested and coordinated by the facility supervisor. Duties at the arena will focus on general facility upkeep and
responsiveness during high-traffic periods, including:
• Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness of public washrooms
• Cleaning dressing rooms and spectator areas as required
• Garbage and recycling removal
• Spot cleaning spills and high-use areas
• General tidiness of lobbies, hallways, and common spaces
• Deep cleaning of low priority areas to support current facility staff
