This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Bulk Lubricant Supply. The County seeks a qualified supplier to supply and deliver bulk Petro-Canada lubricant products to designated locations in Sherwood Park, in support of the ongoing maintenance and operational requirements of the County’s fleet vehicles and equipment. The supplier will be responsible for removing drums or totes from County sites once the product has been fully decanted into the County tanks.
