Description

The Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) (Owner) invites Proposals, through this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), from Proponents for the Walhachin Reservoir and Booster Station project.

The Proponent is to include the following work (approximate quantities) that represents a base Proposal:

• 175m3 cast in place concrete reservoir c/w:
• 100mm compact granular base
• Vent, hatch, access ladder and safety railing
• SCH40 stainless steel piping drain, overflow, drain, inlet with spray nozzles and outlet piping
• Disinfection and testing
• External overflow, drain, inlet, distribution PVC piping, as per design drawings
• Booster station attached to reservoir c/w:
• Centrifugal pump skid
• Chlorination injection
• Flow meter
• Pressure gage
• Water service
• Chlorination room attached to reservoir
• Electrical room attached to reservoir c/w electrical components and instrumentation as per electrical drawings
• Filtration building upgrades c/w:
• Removals of existing equipment
• Reuse existing equipment
• UV sterilizer c/w solenoid valve and comm center
