Description

Construct stormwater pipes, a dry pond, sidewalks and pathways, and replace a watermain in the community of Capitol Hill.

The primary work scope includes:
*New pipe from 18 ST to 17 ST along 23 AV NW, along 17 ST to 22 AV NW, through the school field, and along 21 AV to 16 ST NW.
*A dry pond within the Capitol Hill Elementary School field.
*New pipe along 23 AV for service connection to mitigate stormwater backflow into homes.
*New pathway, sidewalks and road crossings.
*New super catch basins at 17 AV and 16 ST NW.

The work will mitigate stormwater flooding at multiple sites within this community.
