Description

Canada seeks to obtain a comprehensive market study on the residential real estate market in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a particular focus on the high end rental, leasing, and purchasing segments.

The objective of the study is to provide Canada with the market intelligence required to make an informed decision regarding the future of the current Canadian Official Residence in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In addition, the Contractor will provide brokerage services to facilitate and finalize the real estate transaction associated with the recommended option.

The Contractor must be locally available to undertake work and will not be compensated for any local or other travel expenses.

The Contractor must utilize locally accepted standard for brokerage and representation services.
