Description

The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is looking to obtain quotations for the design, construction and delivery of 7 aluminum truss, recreation trail bridges.
 Bridges vary in length from 3.5m to 12m,
 Successful bidder to provide engineered drawings for each bridge
 All bridges to be:
o Clear deck width of 1.5m
o Railings to be 1.2m finished height above deck
o To include two rub rails, 3mm thick, 150mm flat bar spaced evenly per side
o Decking to be FRP grate in a standard dark grey color
o All bridges are to be powder coated Pantone Brown PMS 7531C
o Bridge ends to provide mounting flanges
Load design requirements:
o Snow load capacity
o Pedestrian and cycling use
o ATV with rider 400kg
o Optional - 1700kg mini excavator (priced separately)
 Transportation of all bridges to Whistler, off-loading by others
 Installation of all bridges by others
