UTILITIES [WATER AND SANITARY SERVICES]



Sealed envelopes marked "TENDER-TOWN OF OROMOCTO - CYR STREET EXTENSION", will be received at the office of the Town Hall, Town of Oromocto, 4 Doyle Drive, Oromocto, NB E2V 2V3 until 10:00 AM, localtime, 11th March 2026. The name of the Bidding firm shall also be indicated on the envelope.

Proposed work includes extending Cyr Street from Black Watch Avenue to Terry Fox Drive, installing new water, sanitary, storm mains and services, installing new street lighting and underground electrical conduit, and installing new roadway granulars; in The Town of Oromocto.

Each Tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including HST). The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid Documents.
General Contractors may only obtain Drawings and Specifications from EXP Services Inc., 140 Carleton St Suite 200, Fredericton, NB at a cost of $100.00 (including HST) per set, non-refundable.

Bid Documents are on display at the Construction Association Offices in Fredericton, Saint John and Moncton.

The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
