Description

The construction of a new 5141.50 sq.ft. addition (Cost plan ‘A’) and 3732.10 sq.ft addition (Cost plan ‘B’)to the Glacier Gate Medical Clinic located in Cold Lake, Alberta. The addition consists of a 2-storey building which features offices, clinics, supply rooms, washrooms, administrative spaces and leasable space son the First floor and a storage room, mechanical room and open leasable spaces on the Second floor. The Scope of work also includes a renovation of the existing Glacier Gate Medical Clinic. The addition will be of wood and steel framed construction, and be finished with prefinished metal cladding, stone veneer and SBS membrane roofing.
