• This RFB is for the delivery of a Quality Assurance Audit to review the operations of twenty-nine (29) Remote Northern Airports and ensure they are operating in compliance with current Safety Management System (SMS) requirements and regulations mandated by Canadian Aviation Regulations (CAR).
• Scope of Work
  The Quality Assurance Audit is to review the operations of twenty-nine (29) Remote Northern Airports and ensure they are operating in compliance with current Safety Management System (SMS) requirements and regulations mandated by Canadian Aviation Regulations (CAR).
  
  The audits are divided into three phases:
  - Phase 1 – Administrative audit
  - Phase 2 – On-site audit (Summer operations – 15 remote airports)
  - Phase 3 – On-site audit (Winter operations – 14 remote airports)
