All respondents must submit their questions for clarification on this portal only at www.bgis.merx.com. Request for clarification delivered by any other method will not be accepted.

Refer to Section 5.3.4 in Invitation to Tender (ITT) document for Mandatory Requirements.

Important: Appendix A: Security Requirements on pages 20-21 of Invitation to Tender (ITT) must be duly completed and submitted.

Vendor must submit Bid Bond & Agreement to Bond/Consent to Surety or Bid Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit for Bid over $100,000.00 in Merx with the name of Obligee as “BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada LP”

For this specific project, the minimum-security requirement on Personnel Clearance Level is PWGSC Reliability & RCMP Facility Access 2 (FA2) and on Organizational Level is Designated Organizational Screening (DOS).
