Description

*Provide new, complete, operational and tested mechanical hydronic heating system and ventilation system
*Provide all labour, materials and products as required to accomplish this work.
*Existing DDC panels will be upgraded to suit the heating and ventilation upgrade.
*Mechanical Contractor shall coordinate and cooperate with the DDC control
*Contractor for the locations of the required pressure, and temperature sensors as well as the operation and commissioning of the upgraded hydronic system.
*The mechanical contractor shall act as the Prime Contractor for this project, responsible for the coordination of all trades required to carry out the work

Mandatory Site Visit will be held on March 03, 2026 (Tuesday) at 9:30 AM
