Description

Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to deliver, supply, install and maintain various concrete works throughout Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Cold Lake infrastructure. Note that CFB Cold Lake also has some property in Saskatchewan, adjacent to the Alberta border at Primrose Lake Evaluation range, approximately 40 minutes from Cold Lake. There is potential for occasional concrete work at all DND 4Wing sites. Services are to be provided on an “as required" basis in the form of call-ups. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years. If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for 2 additional 1-year periods, under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer.
