The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT-015-26, Spicer Lift Station No. 14 Replacement Construction. The existing lift station is located on the north side of the road at east of 1970 Spicer Road in North Vancouver. The Owner intends to install a new lift station across the road. This Work will consist of the following:
Supply and installation of new wet well, valve chamber, electrical kiosk, diesel standby generator, B.C. Hydro service, SCADA pole, electrical conduits and site wiring;

• Construction of new sanitary forcemain, gravity sewers and manholes;
• Supply and installation of new Allan Block retaining walls complete with steps and handrails;
• Supply and installation of detailed temporary shoring system in accordance with CN Rail’s requirements;
• Site Liaison with BC Hydro and CN Rail including survey and visual monitoring of the railway tracks during construction;
• Supply and installation of temporary bypass pumping system;
• Decommissioning, abandonment and filling of the existing lift station;
• Commissioning and testing of new civil, mechanical and electrical components; and
• Site restoration.
