The purpose of this Tender process is to select a Bidder to provide upgrades to the West Royalty Community Centre, PE

Tenders shall be submitted by completing this document and placing it in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside "West Royalty Community Centre – Priority 1 Upgrades; Attention: Purchasing Officer; 199 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PE, C1A 4B7", and must be received by the Purchasing Officer, before 2:00:00 pm local time on March 05, 2026. It is the responsibility of the bidder to deliver the sealed tender to 199 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PE, C1A 4B7 before the time indicated. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned to the Bidders.

Bidders will be encouraged to participate in a site visit on the specified date and review the site. The site visit will take place at 3:00 PM on February 24, 2026, at 1 Kirkdale Road in Charlottetown. Each Bidder is responsible to determine the extent of work involved.
