Description

The Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) to establish a list of qualified suppliers, including firms and independent contractors, to provide Fairness Advisory Services across various procurement project categories and participating healthcare organizations through a Fairness Engagement Process.

The resulting Prequalified Supplier List will be effective from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2033. Suppliers who are currently prequalified under other fairness advisory or related service processes must submit an application to this RFPQ to be considered for inclusion on the new list.
This RFPQ is a prequalification process, not a competitive procurement. Its purpose is to identify suppliers that meet the minimum requirements to be added to the Prequalified Supplier List. Successfully prequalified suppliers will be eligible to participate in future procurement opportunities issued by PHSA during the prequalification period, in accordance with applicable trade agreements and procurement processes.
