Description

The Deliverables to be provided by the Supplier under this Agreement include the following:
• Supply all required fireworks materials for the Canada Day (July) and Light Up (November) fireworks displays, including professional grade pyrotechnic products and all associated equipment and firing systems.
• Design and choreograph a complete fireworks program for each event, including product selection, shell sizes, effects, timing, and sequencing.
• Prepare and provide detailed show plans, including product lists, show layout, firing diagrams, and any other information necessary for Town review.
• Transport all fireworks materials and equipment safely to and from the designated launch sites.
• Conduct full onsite setup, including installation of racks, mortars, wiring, and firing systems in accordance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Secure and manage the firing zone, including implementing all required safety measures and coordinating with Town staff and emergency services.
• Execute each fireworks display at the scheduled event time using licensed pyrotechnicians.
• Perform full post show teardown and cleanup, ensuring the site is left free of debris and unexploded materials.
• Participate in pre-event coordination, including meetings with Town staff and communication on event day.
• Provide all labour, staffing, travel, equipment, and expertise required to fulfill the above responsibilities.
• Account for all factors affecting pricing, including product selection, crew size, transportation needs, equipment requirements, site conditions, and show complexity.
