Description:
The work under this project consists of providing construction management services by a qualified Construction Manager (CM) for the Ocean, Coastal and River Engineering (OCRE) Facility Renewal Project, located at 1 Arctic Avenue, St. John’s, NL A1B 3T5.

Mandatory site visit:
Interested bidders must attend to one of the mandatory site visits held on February 24 2026 at 1:00 PM (NT) and February 25 2026 at 10:00 AM (NT). Meet NRC Representative at National Research Council Canada, 1 Arctic Avenue St. John’s, NL A1B 3T5

All deliverable must be received no later than 20 months from Award of Contract.

Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
