The Deliverables consist of a mobile, container-based food processing facility designed to support the safe handling, cold storage, processing, packaging, and distribution of traditional meat and seafood harvests. The unit must be transportable between operational sites and suitable for field or dockside use, while meeting applicable food safety, electrical, plumbing, and construction standards in British Columbia.
