Description

The City of Edmonton (the City) invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for the provision of a third- party occupation therapist assessment of DATS applicants as a part of the eligibility determination and registration process. The service provided is an in-depth assessment of a DATS applicant’s functional abilities to utilize conventional transit on more complex cases where this determination is not readily apparent from the DATS application form and medical documentation provided by the applicant. The Form of Agreement, located in the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba Platform, defines the Work the successful bidder will perform. Intended term of Contract will be three (3) years, commencing June 30, 2026. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to three (3) additional years. The length of any extension(s) will be at the City’s sole discretion. The City intends to enter into the Contract with only one bidder.
