Description

Lakeland College Residence Services is requesting pricing from qualified cleaning companies to provide cleaning services and do a deep clean of the College Residences. The term of this Agreement will be for the 2026 Spring/Summer Season beginning April 25, 2026 and ending August 19,2026. There will be two (2) optional terms in favor of Lakeland College to extend this Agreement on the same terms and conditions, for a period of one (1) term each based on the pricing submitted by the successful vendor for the 2026 Spring/Summer Season. As such we are requesting costing for the 2027 Spring/Summer Season, and the 2028 Spring/Summer Season. The location of the work is at the Lloydminster, AB Campus Residence Village and the Vermilion, AB Campus Residence Village. The Residences consist of traditional dorm buildings, townhouses, houses, and duplexes.
