Description

*Pre-Qualification Required The 2026 Water and Sewer Replacement Program will be along the following:  50 Avenue between 55 Street and 57 Street The intent of the 2026 Water and Sewer Replacement Program will be to abandon in place the existing water and sanitary sewer mains which currently exist within the sidewalks/boulevards of 50 Avenue, followed by the installation of new water and sanitary sewer mains along the centerline of 50 Avenue. All service connections will be extended and connected to the new water and sanitary sewer mains.

A Pre-Tender Meeting will be held on February 19, 2026, at 2:00:00 PM local time at the City of Lloydminster Operations Centre, 6623 – 52 Street, Lloydminster, Alberta, T9V 3T8, to discuss the project parameters and to take questions from potential bidders. Attendance by bidders at this meeting is encouraged, but not mandatory.
