Description

The Board invites submissions to this Request for Statement of Qualifications from interested and experienced Respondents to be considered for the provision of Architectural Services (“Services”) for future projects for the next four (4) years. The Board reserves the right to extend the period of prequalification for up to one (1) year at the Board’s discretion. The Services, as required, will be for a variety of small, medium and large projects. Projects may include small school additions, renovations, placement of portable buildings, seismic upgrades, complete replacement and/or new construction of Elementary, Middle, and Secondary schools. The services include work associated with creating reports such as SPIR, PRFS and PDR for the Board.
