Description

Minor renovations, including but not limited to cleaning, painting, electrical work, and furniture moving to relocate user furniture, equipment and files from other locations to the Bowker Building Basement. Move existing office and staff from 3rd floor to Main and provide Secure counter, secure interview rooms, offices and meeting spaces. Complete the Work within two months of contract award. The Contractor"s use of premises will be restricted due to user occupancy and use of the facility. Cooperate and coordinate Work with the Province and facility users to minimize conflict and facilitate usage.
