Description

The proposed project will include installation of a lift station and construction of a generator building. The project area is located on the northwest corner of 76 Avenue and 62 Street

Major work items for this contract may include but are not limited to the following, subject to change based on final design, approvals, and project requirements:
a) Installation of a precast concrete wet well,
b) Installation of underground piping with tie-ins,
c) Installation of process piping and submersible sewage pumps,
d) Construction of a generator building,
e) Installation of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation,
f) Completion of site work.

The intent of this qualification process is to allow the Owner to rate and select eligible Contractors that will bid the necessary services to facilitate the construction of the above noted project. Through this request for qualifications the Owner seeks to ensure that companies that bid on this Contract have the experience, skill, ability, resources, bonding, integrity, and safety requirements needed to complete the specific work of this project.
