Description

2025-3015 The project includes the following improvements:

• Reconfiguration of the interchange from Parclo B2 to Parclo A2
• Complete the realignment of Seventh Line West from Bloomfield Road to west of the Flook & Hinton Drain
• Closure of the Seventh Line East connection to Bloomfield Road and construction of a cul-de-sac (north of the interchange)
• Associated drainage and infrastructure improvements
• Partial illumination and traffic signals at the ramp terminals
• Municipal Watermain and Sanitary line relocation as part of this contract (design is in progress and will be completed prior to tendering)
• This contract will be tendered as an A/B for the Bloomfield Road underpass (Steel or Concrete option)
• Replacement of the Jeanettes Creek Bridge on Bloomfield Road and construction of a new ramp bridge (W-N/S ramp) over Flook & Hinton Drain
• Removal of the existing Flook & Hinton Drain bridge on Seventh Line West. This bridge is no longer needed due to the realignment of Seventh Line West
• Carpool lot and associated illumination
