Expand the parking lot in 2 areas, northeast and northwest corners of the property to provide approximately 92 additional parking spaces. Scope of work includes but is not limited to site grading, earthworks and stump removal, landscaping, paving, line painting, additional lighting and electrical utilities, stormwater management, and any necessary traffic control.

This RFPQ is to prequalify Bidders with the necessary experience. The pre-qualification of Bidders is based on defined Mandatory Requirements and Rated Criteria in this document. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, these requirements include technical capability, competence and experience of the Bidder.
