This project is located at TD Station at 99 Station St, Saint John, NB E2L 4X4.

Work of this Contract comprises of the replacement of the existing Air Handling System components.

General Overview:

-This Contractor will be considered the Prime Contractor for this work. This Contractor is responsible for all trades, material and coordination aspects of the job. Errors or omissions by sub-trades will be the responsibility of this Contractor.
-Complete all work as noted within specifications and drawings inclusively. Confirm on-site the exact existing system and devices that can be re-used.
-Provide Commissioning, Training and Operations and Maintenance Manuals.
-Remove existing equipment as noted on Drawings.
-Provide and install new equipment as noted on Drawings.
-Remove all equipment and material made redundant by this work. Contractor to familiarize their firm with the extent of removals.
-Provide all cutting and patching. Repair damaged surfaces to match existing.
-Obtain all required licenses and permits.
-Clean up all areas during and at the completion of work.
-Owner will occupy premises during entire construction period for execution of normal operations. Co-operate with Owner in scheduling operations to minimize conflict and to facilitate Owner usage.
-Provide all piping modifications and additions. Shut down and isolation system for installation.
