The project scope is the densification of all CRA"s footprint at the identified site to the 2nd floor and the replacement of existing workstation furniture , implementation of improved collaborative areas/elements and creating better flow on the Second Floor to contribute towards GCworkplace standards. Code compliance is required (NBC, OBC, CSA B651, fire code). The area is in need of refreshed paint and replacement of the 20 year old carpet.
Deliverable #1Engagement of a design consultant and/or PSPC Technical Services to complete block plans and tender ready design drawings and specifications for review and approval by CRA detailing any Architectural/Structural/Electrical/Mechanical/Heritage requirements for required modifications to meet Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Fit-up Standards on the identified floor. The block plans are to be be based on the 66% drawings that were derived from the feasibility study conducted by LDM Architects Inc. Structural and MEP assessments required before design finalization. Heritage-sensitive design approach required. HVAC equipment’s heating and cooling capacity assessment is required. Heat load calculation to be conducted. Update of air distribution layout to suit new workstation layout. Update of control system to be included.

Deliverable #3Selection of and engagement with a General Contractor (GC) to implement all requirements identified in design drawings approved by CRA
