Description

In 2020, Drone Deploy was awarded (RFP 0595 – Aerial Imaging for Wildlife Assessments) – a qualified vendor with expertise in aerial imaging to assist AFSC with the adjusting of Wildlife Damage claims. The solution uses a combination of aerial imagery and algorithmic analysis to determine how many acres have been damaged by ungulates. This RFP and resulting contract were intended to carry a five-year term.

However, there have been subsequent interdependent RFPs completed, in 2022 and 2023, that must use the Drone Deploy software application. AFSC is now extending Drone Deploy’s solution subscription contract due to the interdependence of these three contracts. The extended contract will commence April 1, 2026, and Drone Deploy will continue to be used until such times as AFSC’s business needs change.

The estimated annual cost is approximately $45,000 CAD.
During the Contract, AFSC:
a) may purchase more Goods or Services than the estimated value, or
b) may purchase less Goods or Services than the estimated value, and
c) is not obligated to purchase any Goods or Services.
