Description

The City of Grand Forks invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the SITE WORKS for a glass fused steel reservoir. The scope of work shall include site works including watermain, vaults, manholes, drainage pipe, crush gravel placement on top of the pad, storm culvert, ditching, electrical conduit, lighting, fencing, instrumentation, grounding/bonding, electrical/SCADA items.


A non-mandatory site visit will be held on February 18th, 2026 at 10:00am PST at the City’s Public Works Office located 130 Industrial Drive, Grand Forks.
