K’ómoks First Nation (KFN) invites tenders for “KFN Subdivision Servicing”. The work will include the following: Construction of a 15 lot subdivision on Sahtloot Crescent North on KFN’s IR#1. Subdivision servicing works will generally include:

• Installation of approximately 200 m of 200 mm sewer main, 250 mm storm main, and 200mm watermain within the proposed subdivision boundaries
• Construction of 8.5m wide asphalt road continuation of Sahtloot Crescent North
• Replacement of approximately 80m of 150mm watermain with 200mm watermain on Sahtloot Crescent North, outside the proposed subdivision boundary
• Installation of approximately 575m of 250mm watermain and 280m of 200mm watermain on Back Road adjacent to existing 150mm AC watermain, including service and hydrant connections
