Description

The Board invites Proposals from fully qualified Service Providers with the necessary qualifications, expertise, capability and resources to supply, deliver, install, integrate, and commission an indoor LED video display system at École Dr. Charles Best Secondary School Gymnasium.

There is a mandatory site visit planned for Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. local time at 2 525 Como Lake Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3J 6W5. The meeting location will be at the site front entrance.

A Sign-In Sheet will be provided at the site to show proof of attendance for the Proponents. The Board reserves the right to disqualify any Proponent who does not attend and sign in for the Mandatory Site Meeting.
