ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until March 16, 2026 @ 3:00 p.m. Toronto Ontario Time.

The “Proposal Document Form: Pricing Submission” has been excluded from the tender package.

Proponents must sign an NDA and send it to the RFP Contact. Within 24 hours of receipt, Metrolinx will provide Proponent with the document.
