The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to solicit Responses from qualified firms (”Proponent”) to The County of Forty Mile No. 8 (the “County”) pertaining to the placement, splicing and testing of fibre cable and fibre related materials as part of their open access broadband wireless network segment build. The County’s RFP intentions are to:
