• DestinationOntario.com and our adjacent digital channels are the window to the world on what Ontario has to offer. Over the past four years, our digital channel strategy has undergone a comprehensive redesign to enhance the functionality, content, and user experience.
  
  Specialized on-demand technical expertise is required to assist with small-scale projects related to:
  
  - Web, Social and Application Optimizations, including but not limited to image tagging, metadata, generative engine optimization (GEO), search engine optimization (SEO), performance optimization, and technical configuration
  
  - UI/UX Design, including but not limited to image optimization, optimizing landing pages, templates, and component design, and user and validation tests.
  
  - Content Engineering, including but not limited to content development and hygiene, keyword research, inbound and outbound link management, and in-language support.
  
  Additional project requirements may be identified over the Term of the Agreement.
  
  
  
• Scope of Work
  Specialized, on-demand technical expertise to support small-scale digital projects for DestinationOntario.com and adjacent digital channels. This includes support across web, social, and application optimization; UI/UX design; and content engineering. Additional project requirements may be identified over the term of the agreement.
  
  DestinationOntario.com and related digital channels serve as the primary window to the world showcasing what Ontario has to offer. Following a comprehensive digital channel redesign over the past four years, ongoing specialized technical support is required to maintain, optimize, and enhance functionality, performance, content quality, and user experience across platforms.
  
  Contract expected to commence April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028 (two-year contract), with the potential for two additional one-year extensions.
  
  Primarily delivered virtually. However, there may be a requirement for the individual to attend in-person at the Destination Ontario office in downtown Toronto.
