AFNWA is seeking an experienced consulting firm to develop a new groundwater production well for the Elsipogtog water system, including identifying an appropriate drilling site, conducting phased test drilling to confirm sustainable yield and water quality, and supporting procurement and construction administration. Proponents are expected to incorporate existing hydrogeological data and wellfield information (PW4, PW5, TH01-12) into their approach. Proposals will be evaluated on a best value basis, weighted equally between technical merit and price, and all work must comply with New Brunswick"s Clean Water Act, Water Well Regulation, and NB WSSA Guidelines
