Metrolinx is issuing this Request to be Prequalified to establish a Prequalified List of Transit and Transportation Consultants 
 
The objective of this Request to be Prequalified (Stage 1) is to develop a Prequalified List of , with the necessary experience, qualifications and resource availability to provide the Work to be issued via the Stage 2 procurement process.  
 
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Friday March 6, 2026.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Proponents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Only those Proponents that Metrolinx has determined, in its sole discretion based on the Evaluation Criteria stated herein, to be qualified will be added to the Metrolinx Prequalified List of Contractors for the Work. 

Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
