Description

This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) is issued by Strathcona County (the “County”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future partnerships. Respondents are asked to respond to the County and provide the information requested below. The County is seeking opportunities with firms who are interested in leasing a retail space in Millennium Place. The County is seeking a firm whose products and/or services are compatible with the environment of an indoor recreation facility and the users that Millennium Place serves. The County’s Recreation, Parks and Culture (RPC) department prides itself on delivering a high-quality guest service experience in indoor recreation facilities. Operators of leased spaces play an integral role within Millennium Place in shaping the guest service experience for visitors to the facility. Millennium Place is seen as an important community hub within the County serving all ages with a variety of services and programs. The retail operator has an opportunity to help serve our large base of returning guests and help amplify the value that Millennium Place provides to the community by complimenting the facility with high quality products, along with excellent customer service.
